Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product received is not as described or shown on our website.
  • The product is damaged, defective, or incomplete upon delivery.
  • The product received is different from what was ordered.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, unsealed, activated, or physically damaged by the customer.
  • The product is returned without its original packaging, accessories, or invoice.

Order Opening Requirement (Mandatory)

To protect both parties and ensure transparency:

  • Customers must record a clear order opening video at the time of receiving the parcel.
  • The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product condition.
  • This video must be shared with the AHB Store Support Team in case of any complaint.
  • Complaints without a valid order opening video will not be entertained.

Complaint Policy (Important)

Any complaint regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of parcel delivery.

  • The flyer and invoice slip inside the parcel are mandatory for complaint processing.
  • Complaints received after 24 hours or without the flyer and invoice will not be entertained.

Return Conditions

  • If the item or packaging is damaged during the return process, the customer will bear the cost of damage.
  • The customer is responsible for return courier charges, unless the product was defective or incorrectly dispatched.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear unboxing videos or photographs showing the defect.
  • Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened or used:

  • Unsealed or activated electronic products
  • Personal care products and wearable gadgets once used
  • Items without original invoice or packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence by the customer

Electric & Electronic Products

  • Electronic items are delivered with checking warranty only.
  • Customers must record a complete order opening video to report any issue.

Return Request Requirements

To initiate a return request:

  • Ensure your product qualifies under the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
  • Keep your purchase invoice and delivery slip safe.

Contact Our Customer Support Team

Please provide the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Detailed written reason for return
  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue

Our support team will review your request and may ask you to fill out a Product Return Form (PRF) for documentation. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned parcel.

Modes of Refund

Refunds can be issued through:

  • Bank Deposit: Bank account details must be accurate and active. The account should maintain a minimum balance. Bank transfer charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • JazzCash: JazzCash number and account holder name must be correct and active. The account should maintain a minimum balance. JazzCash transfer charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Important Information

1. Replacement Policy

  • If the error is from AHB Store’s side, a replacement will be provided with zero COD charges. Our rider will deliver the replacement parcel and collect the returned item.
  • If the error is from the customer’s side, PKR 350 replacement charges will apply.

2. Return Policy & COD Tax Deduction

As per Government of Pakistan regulations, a 4% tax is applied on Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions. In case of a return, 4% will be deducted from the refunded amount, as this tax is non-refundable and has already been submitted to the government.

  • AHB Store reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • AHB Store reserves the right to decline returns in cases of suspicious, excessive, or fraudulent activity.
  • This policy complies with Pakistan’s Consumer Protection and E-Commerce Regulations.
